A Father to the Fatherless.

“Sing praises to God and to his name! Sing loud praises to him who rides the clouds. His name is the Lord—rejoice in his presence! Father to the fatherless, defender of widows—this is God, whose dwelling is holy.” Psalm 68:4-5, NLT

Maybe you never knew the love of a father. Today, God wants you to know that He loves you and You are dear and precious to Him. You don’t have to search anymore. The love you long for is found in Him. His love far exceeds the love any person can offer you. Receive His love and He will show you what a real father and daughter relationship is.

Prayer: Father God, thank You for being a great and loving Father to me.  You affirm me and make me feel so safe and secure.  I reach out to You to pick me up and love me. I receive You and Your love, Your special care and Your words spoken over me. I receive You as my Father and Your amazing love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
